CONSULTATIONS During the initial consultation the process of hypnosis is explained more fully and your needs will be discussed. A programme of therapy will also be devised to meet your individual needs. The number of sessions required depends on the nature of the particular problem . The breaking of a nail-biting habit, for example should achieve results in a single session, where as some lifelong problems may require a number of sessions. All sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual client and are discussed at the outset. Consultations are by appointment only and it is regretted that casual callers cannot be seen. Sessions are one hour duration except for EMDR treatments which are one and a half hours. Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available. Fees: Hypnotherapy £55        EMDR £65        Counselling £35        Reiki £25  Appointment fees are payable by cash only there is no facility for cheques or credit cards You will be perfectly able to drive home afterwards or to return to work after your session.
